Shipping Policy

1. How long for shipment? 
Shipping takes an average of 14-30 days, with some orders arriving sooner and some later depending on demand and customer location. A tracking number will be sent to your email when the order has been shipped. If there are any issues, please email us at
2. Where Is My Order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. 
Please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive on time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
3. Tips for Shipping
1) Telephone number is required for delivery. Leave the correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent. 
2) APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted. We will refund you the shipping fee if you pay an additional fee with a PO box address.

Cancel Order 
1) How to cancel my order?
Any order can be easily cancelled before shipping from the warehouse. Contact our customer service at to request a refund. In your email please include your name and order number. 
2) Cancellation Success
You will receive an order cancellation email notification when customer service is successful in cancelling the order. Please ensure your email address is correct.
